What Is a Paleolithic Diet?

The paleolithic diet is the diet our ancestors ate prior to the agricultural revolution that occurred roughly 10,000 years ago. Our species hunted and ate plants the land produced naturally. I came across a great video that shows how simple and sensible the paleo diet is. Enjoy!
