<p>If I give my friend a massage, even if I paddle his heiny or ravish him, the government doesn&#8217;t care. Makes no matter to them what I do behind closed doors (at least for now).</p>
<p>If my friend takes me out to dinner and spends $20 on me, the government doesn&#8217;t care about that either.</p>
<p>But if I massage my friend and he then gives me $20, that&#8217;s when the government starts to care. The government feels it&#8217;s entitled to a cut of that money. Because it&#8217;s now called &#8220;income.&#8221; </p>
<p>And they need that income to pay the national debt to the Federal Reserve Bank (a private bank), which is pretty stupid considering our government has a constitutional right to mint its own money.</p>
<p>And then there&#8217;s the issue of licensing. Gosh, if I rub my friend&#8217;s body, who cares? Surely not the government. But if my friend gives me money for it, then I&#8217;m liable to licensing authorities. </p>
<p>I need to go to school for the appropriate hours of training and get certified. Then I need to be licensed. If I operate from my home, I need government permission and my neighbors must approve. My home must be inspected by health authorities.</p>
<p>All this to protect the consumer. What part should the consumer play in finding out the level of competency of their potential masseuse? You&#8217;d think the consumer would know better than to go a second time to someone who sucked at giving massages or whose workplace was dirty. Maybe without the government getting so involved we would rely more on word of mouth.</p>
<p>But all these poor consumers raised a ruckus at some point and said, &#8220;Uncle Sam, we want you to protect us.&#8221; Or maybe it was the American Medical Association that didn&#8217;t like the competition. So Uncle Sam has been out and about inspecting everybody&#8217;s neighbor for regulatory compliance. </p>

<p>The ACLU website states:</p>

<p>We are facing a flood of powerful new technologies that expand the potential for centralized monitoring, an executive branch aggressively seeking new powers to spy on citizens, a docile Congress and courts, as well as a cadre of mega-corporations that are willing to become extensions of the surveillance state. We confront the possibility of a dark future where our every move, our every transaction, our every communication is recorded, compiled, and stored away, ready for access by the authorities whenever they want.</p></blockquote>
<p>Anyone who&#8217;s paying attention knows that data is being collected from us everywhere, from the discount card at the grocery store to our credit card purchases and online questionnaires. (I do not use store savings cards. I ask at checkout if any of my items qualify for the discount. If they do, I ask for a &#8220;courtesy swipe,&#8221; and the store uses their own card. What I buy at the store is nobody&#8217;s business. It is one of my acts of defiance.) Computer cookies show every site you&#8217;ve visited. Your phone calls are potentially monitored and recorded. Pretty soon everything you do can be scrutinized and used against you.</p>
<p>I came across this video while reading <a href="http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/weight-loss/realage-real-stupid-real-sleazy/">Dr. Michael Eades&#8217;s blog</a> about how the Know Your Real-Age test is just a data collection effort. The data you give them when filling out the questionnaire is passed to pharmaceutical companies who then look for telltale signs of disease and market their product to you via email. Sleazy is the right word.</p>

<h2>Whenever Any Form of Government Becomes Destructive</h2>
<p>This past week I wrote a couple posts about the federal goverment&#8217;s intention to increase control over our food supply, dictating what we can and cannot eat by controlling the distribution and sale of food.</p>

</div>This morning I came across a very disturbing story of <a href="http://thebovine.wordpress.com/2008/12/03/oda-swats-manna-storehouse-co-op/">Manna Storehouse Co-op</a> being raided by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and a SWAT team, which kept the mother and her children at gunpoint on the livingroom couch for eight hours while they ransacked their home and confiscated their belongings. Meanwhile, the husband was in Iraq supposedly defending his family&#8217;s freedom. Whoops. That&#8217;s not working too well.</p>
<p>Which led me to the story of a <a href="http://www.businessweek.com/smallbiz/content/nov2006/sb20061121_167591.htm?chan=smallbiz_smallbiz+index+page_policy">police raid to a raw milk co-op</a> where the owner was so overwhelmed that he had to be treated for post tramautic stress disorder, at great financial cost.</p>
<blockquote><p>As it stands now, in Ohio, I cannot even serve a glass of my milk to a neighbor having dinner with us. Nor give them a bite of my cheese or pass him my butter. All jail-able offenses in my state. &#8211;Cow owner on <a href="http://familycow.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=news&#038;action=display&#038;thread=12013">Keeping a Family Cow</a></p></blockquote>
<p>While it is illegal in some states to sell raw milk, it is not illegal to consume the raw milk from your own animals. Thus the co-op was born. Each member owns a share of the animals in a co-op, so they are legally entitled to consume the animals or their milk. The government has no jurisdiction in this case, but that&#8217;s certainly not stopping them from gestapo actions against the co-ops, especially when milk crosses state lines.</p>

</div>Amish farmer Arlie Stutzman was <a href="http://kandylini.wordpress.com/2008/05/28/got-milk-get-investigated/">visited by an undercover agent</a> of the Ohio Department of Agriculture. The agent posed as a building contractor and begged Stutzman for some raw milk. Stutzman said he couldn&#8217;t sell it because that was illegal, so he gave it to the agent because his religious belief compelled him to give food to all who ask. The agent insisted Stutzman take a $2 donation, which he did. Bad for Stutzman. </p>
<p>A <a href="http://www.thecompletepatient.com/journal/2008/8/15/for-the-sake-of-the-children-cdfa-pushes-a-private-three-goa.html">large co-op in California</a> became the focus of the Health Department because of raw goat milk. They were told they needed to buy over $50,000 worth of equipment and a dairy permit to comply with state laws regarding the production of raw milk&#8211;from three goats!!! This was not a commercial endeavor. These are privately owned goats. And it was all started by one asshole with a grudge.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;They&#8217;re treating raw milk like heroin or crack,&#8221; says David Cox, a Columbus lawyer with the firm Lane, Alton &#038; Horst who specializes in cases involving agriculture regulations. He now has six Ohio cases at various stages, and one common element in all, he says, is a sense of &#8220;vindictiveness&#8221; by the state&#8217;s Agriculture Dept. (ODA). &#8220;I think there&#8217;s competition among the directors of agriculture to see who can put raw milk out of business.&#8221; &#8211;<a href="http://www.businessweek.com/smallbiz/content/nov2006/sb20061109_348085.htm">Businessweek, Nov 2006</a></p></blockquote>
<p>Our Health Department is also concerning itself with a <a href="http://www.thecompletepatient.com/journal/2008/11/4/you-thought-the-food-troopers-would-be-satisfied-with-raw-mi.html">private raw juice co-op</a>. How about the health-conscious people <a href="http://www.nowtoronto.com/news/story.cfm?content=167423">arrested for narcotics</a> when they brought their raw chocolate from Canada into New York and it tested falsely as hash?</p>
<p>If the <a href="http://www.farmtoconsumer.org/nais.html">NAIS</a> and <a href="http://www.infowars.com/hr-2749-totalitarian-control-of-the-food-supply/">HR 2749</a> pass, these will give our federal government the legal right to storm private homes (now they just do it illegally), confiscate records and livestock, and arrest without warrant or cause (an action, if I&#8217;m not mistaken, that the Patriot Act condones). </p>
<p>If you care about your health, then you should care about the food you eat. Please <a href="http://www.ftcldf.org/petitions/pnum993.php">sign the petition</a> against HR 2749 or pretty soon they&#8217;ll be coming after you for giving your neighbor some radishes you grew in your backyard.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I am vehemently opposed to HR 2749, which would place unnecessary burdens on small farm operations. The federal government continues to seek  power over our nation&#8217;s food supply, hampering and taxing the small farmer while ignoring the unhealthful practices of the industrial giants. </p>
<p>The FDA isn&#8217;t content <a href="http://www.myopia.org/fdaraids.htm">raiding vitamin supplement companies</a> and preventing <a href="http://foodfreedom.wordpress.com/2009/06/13/pa-church-ladies-raided-by-food-safety-cops/">churches from having bake sales</a> because the pies weren&#8217;t baked in a certified kitchen. Now they want to raid the small farm and confiscate records, quarantine areas with little oversight, regulate how crops are grown, basically exercise unbounded control. This is just the FDA&#8217;s version of the <a href="http://www.farmtoconsumer.org/nais.html">USDA&#8217;s NAIS</a>.</p>
<p>Health-conscious people are choosing to buy locally from small farms where they know the animals are cared for and the crops are grown without heavy chemical use. I have to drive about an hour from Erie to get pasture-raised eggs, and I&#8217;m already paying too much money for organic produce. And what will my Amish neighbors do when required to comply with electronic filing?</p>
<p>Who will pay for this? Taxpayers. Small farmers. The small farmers won&#8217;t survive it, and we taxpayers will have to subsist on HFCS, refined flours, and rancid fats until we all become customers of the pharmaceutical industry, the <a href="http://www.motherjones.com/mojo/2009/01/will-fda-finally-get-out-bed-big-pharma">the bedfellow of the FDA</a>.</p>
<p>I MOST STRONGLY OPPOSE HR 2749, a bill that will give the FDA far too much power over our food supply and small farm operations.</p>

<h2>You Want These People Monitoring Your Food?</h2>
<blockquote><p>The FDA first learned of possible salmonella contamination at ConAgra four years ago —- two years before officials traced hundreds of illnesses to Peter Pan.</p>
<p>In early 2005, an anonymous tipster told the FDA that ConAgra’s internal testing had detected salmonella in a batch of peanut butter the previous October, agency records show. Company executives confirmed the test results to an FDA inspector but refused to turn over lab reports unless the agency requested them in writing. The inspector left the plant, records show, and never again requested the reports.</p>
<p>Congressional investigators later learned that FDA policy discouraged written document requests. Federal courts, the FDA said, had ruled that if manufacturers turned over material in response to a formal request from the government, those documents could not be used as evidence in a criminal prosecution against them. But in the vast majority of cases, investigator David Nelson told a House subcommittee in 2007, the FDA pursues neither documents nor criminal charges. </p>

I still don&#8217;t, but I do now have great interest in my country and in my personal sovereignty, and I&#8217;ve always been especially interested in the truth. And what I have been learning since I&#8217;ve been paying attention is that my rights as a citizen are slowly being taken away from me by a group of very rich, very powerful people. </p>
<blockquote><p>The supra national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national self-determination practiced in past centuries. &#8211;David Rockefeller, Private Banker, Council on Foreign Relations.</p></blockquote>
<p>I am seeing families working two jobs, programmed to acquire more than they need, strapped financially because of consumerism, taxation and unnecessary medical costs. I mean unnecessary because these costs merely pay for symptom suppression while causing further degradation of health through side effects and toxicity. Cause goes unaddressed in treatment and research, unless said research produces a patented product. </p>
<p>Medicine wants to know if a hormone, for example, causes a certain symptom, because then they&#8217;ll develop a chemical to prevent the hormone from acting or being produced, and they&#8217;ll charge you a lot of money for it. What they aren&#8217;t interested in is why the hormone is causing imbalance in the first place. And they reap financial benefits when that one forced hormone failure causes a cascade of failure.</p>
<p>A classic example of medical meddling is vitamin D. The physicians tell you to stay out of the sun, which is how your body was designed to produce vitamin D. So now over 40 percent of the American population is vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D has been shown to decrease many cancers and even MS, it&#8217;s necessary for the assimilation of calcium, and it promotes mental well being. </p>
<p>So when medicine cuts off the vitamin D, they guarantee themselves future patients suffering from cancer, osteoporosis and related calcium-deficiency diseases, and depression. They&#8217;re creating their own customer base. Get someone hooked on antidepressants and you have a long-term customer whose intellectual capacity and self-determination have been dulled. </p>
<p>Administration of vitamin D supplementation to nursing home residents resulted in far fewer falls of the elderly. (Yes another income stream for physicians.) I know from personal experience. Last year I was deficient in vitamin D and I found myself falling into walls. I would be walking down a hall and just tip over into the wall or a bookcase. I had no idea what was wrong with me, but I knew something was wrong. Then I learned about vitamin D from writing this blog and realized that I haven&#8217;t tipped over since I started sunbathing.</p>
<p>People are living in fear of terrorism, disease pandemics, cancer, even picking up hitchhikers. They work at jobs they despise, watch a lot of TV, spend little time with family, and have no goals. They cannot retire at the age they&#8217;d like because they can&#8217;t afford to. </p>
<h2>Trained to Discount Conspiracies</h2>
<p>The more I open my mind, the more information comes to me, information that at first seems implausible and paranoid. We have been indoctrinated to hold the term &#8220;conspiracy&#8221; with contempt, rolling ours eyes at those who put forth such ideas. Just watch how some of our political leaders sneer when they say the words &#8220;conspiracy theorists,&#8221; implying you&#8217;re a moron for lending any credence to such people.</p>
<p>I came across an excellent article by Deanna Spingola. In her article <em><a href="http://www.renewamerica.us/columns/spingola/071220">Listen up, eye rollers!</a></em> she writes:</p>
<blockquote><p>People who rely on broadcast media and/or government education to formulate their perceptions often roll their eyes in exasperation and conspiracy-nut-contempt when exposed to reliable information that challenges their beliefs. For the majority, easy prey for predatory propagandists and history revisionists, the possibility that they have been blatantly deceived by their own government is unthinkable, despite the monstrous evidence of pandemic corruption. Denial is the proverbial mental comfort zone; it is an easy refuge. It requires nothing! Schopenhauer said: &#8220;All truth goes through three stages, first it is ridiculed. <p>When I tried telling the angry feminist about the threat of the Bilderberg group, she dismissed it out of hand because she was more interested in promoting her cause of feminism, something she reminded me she was doing before I even grew up. I asked her, &#8220;What good is it if you work to improve the rights of women when our entire species is being subjugated under an elite few?&#8221; </p>
<p>I wish I knew then what I just found out about women&#8217;s liberation from an interview with Aaron Russo. </p>
<h2>A Rich Man Rejects Rockefeller</h2>
<p>Aaron Russo is a filmmaker and was in the music industry promoting such greats as Led Zeppelin, Janice Joplin, The Who, The Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, and Bette Midler. He produced the movies <i>The Rose, Trading Places,</i> and <i>Teachers</i>. He also developed the first ladies&#8217; bikini underwear, so I guess I have him to thank for these <a href="http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00008ID39/?tag=opeminreq-20">fabulous underwear</a> that I&#8217;ve been wearing for over 20 years. (Not the same pair, mind you; the same brand.)</p>
<p>Russo was introduced to Nick Rockefeller, who later tried to get Russo to join his elite group. When Russo learned about Rockefeller&#8217;s plans, he declined, saying that he had no interest in enslaving people. Rockefeller said, &#8220;What do you care about these people? Just take care of yourself and your family.&#8221; </p>
<p>Russo wasn&#8217;t interested in joining the global elite and spoke out against Rockefeller. This video is of Russo sharing Rockefeller&#8217;s plan for chipping people to control them. Rockefeller also confided to Russo (several months before 9/11) that there would be an &#8220;event&#8221; that would allow them to invade Afghanistan, Iraq and go after Chavez in Venezuela. </p>

<h2>The Rockefellers Funded Women&#8217;s Liberation</h2>
<p>Rockefeller told Russo that the Rockefellers had funded the women&#8217;s liberation movement because prior to that they were able to tax only half the adult population. Once women entered the workforce, more money was available for taxation. Children of working couples are also entering school earlier and being indoctrinated by the state.</p>
<p>I was just listening to someone today talking about how years ago children were taught critical thinking skills, calculus, higher math, logic, whereas today they&#8217;re dumbed down with irrelevancies. Just look at how many kids are now on drugs to shut them up. First they&#8217;re hyped up on sugar, additives, and preservatives. Then they&#8217;re diagnosed with mental disorders and given drugs to zombify them. </p>

<p>The American Academy of Pediatricians recommends 48 vaccinations for children, and attempts are being made to enforce vaccination under penalty of imprisonment for refusal, as happened in Maryland. President Bush wanted in 2004 to have mandatory mental health screenings. Okay, I&#8217;m getting angry. I&#8217;ll go off on that topic another day. </p>
<p>But I will say that your children need you to get off your butt, turn off the TV, prepare a healthy homemade meal from whole ingredients sustainably raised, take back the parenting and education of your children, and then feed your mind so you can be instrumental in making a better world for your progeny.</p>

<p>I buy cat food.</p>
<p>My first stop was a quiet, cozy coffee shop I recently discovered that has Wi-Fi. It&#8217;s a few doors down from a Market of Choice where I shop. I joined Lynda.com to learn Dreamweaver, and their CSS course has exercise files that are over 250MB. I&#8217;m on satellite at home, and if I download more than 350MB in a day my speed steps down to about 2KB per second for 24 hours. I only need to be punished once.</p>
<p>I hadn&#8217;t eaten yet, so I thought I&#8217;d enjoy lunch there. I ordered a lox and cream cheese bagel and a cup of tomato and gorgonzola soup. I started up my computer and, DAMN, I couldn&#8217;t get on the Internet. I was only eating there to get at their Wi-Fi and their modem wasn&#8217;t even working!</p>
<p>The employee said that another coffee shop a few miles away had Wi-Fi, so I drove there. Now this coffee shop has old linoleum, metal and glass, and a lot of young, loud people on cell phones and computers. Nothing like the other coffee shop that had old people. </p>
<p>Not many chairs were available so I asked a woman if I could sit at her table. She was a short, frumpy looking woman, with small breasts, a large protruding belly, frizzled graying hair wearing these jolting turqoise blue, dangling, new age, beaded earrings. Her whole outfit said &#8220;nearly homeless&#8221; but her earrings said, &#8220;I love Native American spirituality.&#8221; She looked harmless and interesting.</p>
<p>We discussed our laptops, she commenting that mine looked fancy, I commenting that hers looked compact and easy to carry. She told me that she travels for a living. &#8220;Oh, what do you do?&#8221; &#8220;I teach Shamanism.&#8221; Hmm, interesting topic. But she moved on to complaining about people voting for Obama.</p>
<h2>Have You Heard of the Bilderberg Group?</h2>
<p>She went on for some time promoting the cause of Hillary, so I asked her if she had ever heard of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bilderberg">Bilderberg group</a>. No, she hadn&#8217;t. I explained that it was a group of around 130 of the richest, most powerful people in business, government, education, media, and banking (see the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Bilderberg_attendees">list of attendees</a>) who meet once a year to determine how the resources of the planet will be used for their own benefit (not yours). In fact, they&#8217;ll be meeting tomorrow, June 5 through June 8 at Westfields Marriott Hotel in Chantilly, Virginia.</p>
<p>The Bilderbergs had put both Clinton and Bush into office, and since Hillary was their anointed one for this election, we certainly didn&#8217;t want her as president. There&#8217;s also the issue of the Clintons and the Bushes being very close, and having another elected from these two families was in effect allowing a 16-year dynasty to control our futures.</p>

<h2>The North American Union</h2>
<p>I explained to her how they are behind the current monetary collapse, the suppression of our freedoms and the joining of Canada, the United States and Mexico. Oh, haven&#8217;t you heard? We&#8217;re going to lose our national sovereignty and join up with Mexico and Canada. (Check it out! I just learned how to embed a video. It&#8217;s <em>really </em>easy.) <p>She started talking about how there&#8217;s always somebody trying something but they never get away with it. Excuse me. How do you know they won&#8217;t get away with it? They&#8217;re already getting away with it. </p>
<p>But please note how I presented her with potentially incredible news about the dissolution of The United States, and she just dismissed it without further thought. This is what I call a closed mind or a sleeping mind.</p>
<p>For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Bilderberg group, don&#8217;t run off shaking <em>your</em> head without having an OPEN MIND. Maybe I&#8217;m off my rocker, maybe I&#8217;m not. But don&#8217;t dismiss something outright because it seems too outlandish or fiendish. Research this yourself and make up your own mind.</p>
<p>The woman said that a third of us would be wiped out anyway in a pandemic. I told her the Bilderberg group intended to reduce the human population to 500 million people. She went on about disease and titers and how diseases crop up every 500 years to wipe out some of the population.</p>
<p>Now, I personally don&#8217;t think we need an infectious disease to wipe us out. In America, over <a href="http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/04news/hus04.htm">half of the population</a> is taking pharmaceutical drugs. Our <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/03/science/earth/03water.html?fta=y">groundwater is contaminated</a> with it. America <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2007/08/12/opinion/12sun1.html?_r=2&#038;oref=slogin&#038;oref=slogin">ranks poorly in health care</a> compared to other countries. I&#8217;ve recently heard that one in sixty-five children is autistic. A lot of people are depressed. Most are fearful. What do we need a pandemic for? Our own apathy will kill us.</p>
<p>This woman assured me that she had been studying disease since she was 14 years old, so being 65-years-old means she&#8217;s been studying it for a looong time. I asked her, &#8220;Have you ever heard of Béchamp? Antoine Béchamp? No, she&#8217;d never heard of him. </p>
<h2>The Pasteur Paradigm</h2>
<p>What is a paradigm? A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline.</p>
<p>Everyone just <em>knows</em> that Pasteur was a genius who gave us the clue to disease: bacteria and viruses. He taught that microbes enter our bodies from outside and cause disease. Most people don&#8217;t know about another scientist of the time, Antoine Béchamp, who said, &#8220;The terrain is everything,&#8221; meaning that microbes only flourish in a toxic environment where there is a plentiful food supply. Common sense? How about this. </p>
<p>Children&#8217;s daycare. Fifteen children come down with colds. Twelve children are not affected at all.</p>
<p>Did the microbe cause the colds? If so, why didn&#8217;t they <em>all </em>get sick. Or did the children who got sick have suppressed immune systems or toxic cellular debris to supply food for the microbes? Did the unaffected children have strong immune systems built from progressive exposure to bacteria, sunshine, healthy food?</p>
<p>I will write more about this topic&#8211;The Germ Theory&#8211;and pleomorphism, a belief that is condemned by science but in which I, and people far greater than me, believe. But on to the next post.</p>
<p>By the way, I got so engrossed in this post and the next one that I forgot about the cat food and the store closed. I had to get Rocky fryers and have then ground for me. Chicken makes my cats farty and burpy, meaning it&#8217;s not getting digested well. I&#8217;ll try leaving veggies out of their food tomorrow.</p>
