About Me
I was the kid in class that asked the questions nobody else wanted to ask or was too afraid to ask. Despite almost dropping out of high school, I distinguished myself by being voted into two yearbook categories: “Teacher’s Pest” and “And Then They Broke the Mold.”
I’m an avid reader and seeker, a nonconformist, and an irreverent goof. I would like to be a film actress.

New Thought (Manifesting or Law of Attraction)
Everything you think colors your perception and affects the choices you make in life. But beyond that, thought itself can affect matter. Look around you. Everything you see was thought of before it existed. The chair you sit in was a thought up in a designer’s mind. The desk, the computer, the artwork around your home or office, the building you’re in, all of it started as thought.
Happiness is achieved through using the power of thought correctly, but most people have no control over their thoughts and confuse their thoughts for their own selves. You are not your thoughts, and you can learn to exercise power over them, to shape them and direct them to create the life you have imagined. You can be happy and healthy and fulfilled. And I’m going to do what I can to help you get you there.
Health and Natural Hygiene
This blog will help you understand the principles of health, and how your choices of what you put in your body, on your body, in your home, and in your mind contribute to your health or to disease. Natural hygiene teaches that health is obtained through healthy living only. It is not found in a bottle or a pill. It can not be acquired by cutting pieces of your body away. Learn what choices move you toward or away from being healthy and fit.

Hello, from your favorite waiter in the world! How the heck are you?
I am fabulous! What perfect timing. I was just thinking about you the past couple of days, remembering how you were able to serve almost the entire dining room–with the best possible service–by yourself. I was remembering that because I have a waitressing job now, and you are the standard by which I will judge my performance.
And how the heck are you? How nice to hear from you. Are you still off the Mountain Dew? I gave up coffee again in February.
