I decided it was time to get my hair colored and cut. In this video you’ll meet my stylist, Autumn, and hear about what can go wrong when you stop eating animals but still eat typical American foods.

Please let me know if you have any trouble viewing the video. This is my first video shot with an HD camera and edited in Final Express 4.

My hair has been growing like weeds since I started eating more meat. My stylist was flabbergasted the last time she saw me.

That Autumn is a cutie…and I think your hair turned out really nice! I just went and got my super long hair cut, dyed, etc…it’s amazing what having that done does for your self image, isn’t it?

k. isn’t it cool how fast it grows? I love it!

Stefani, yes, it’s great when it turns out right. I was going for blond with medium chunks and I basically spent two hours getting a hair cut. I have to go back.

Ohh, yeah I see what you mean.

Hey, Dennis, how much meat do you eat now?

Ann Wigmore, who popularized wheatgrass, darkened her hair on a raw food diet with wheatgrass juice. Then I’ve heard that zinc deficiency can cause your hair to go gray.

Maybe you just need me to massage your head for a while :)
