In December 2008 I wrote a long post saying I was changing my focus from health education to manifesting. It didn’t last long. I’m too invested in health education. I love it too much. I love helping people unhook from a flawed system.
People want to know how to be healthy, what to eat, how to cure chronic disease, and the information they’re getting is pretty lame and industry-driven. There’s a lot of money to be made off of sick people (and unhappy people), and a lot of people willing to lie to get it.
Common sense is your greatest ally. I will continue to write about health and nutrition as well as manifesting and spirituality. I’ve decided that I’m not going to have a particular niche. I’m just going to be me, as scary as that sounds.
