But the comforter he peed on cost $340!

My neighbors told me about these two strays that were sitting by the side of the road. So we went together and I picked them up. The first one pictured ran into the blackberry bushes. We had to just sit and wait for him to come out looking for his sibling. Took about two hours to find him. He came up to the side of the road and then crammed himself into a rock crevice. I had to pull him out by the tail, hissing and spitting at me. The second one just let me pick him up no problem.

Their personalities are completely different from each other. The one showing first is timid and easily frightened. He doesn’t purr much. He’s bigger than the other one and is healthier. The second one isn’t bothered by much of anything. He purrs instantly and often. He’s bony and small. (I’m guessing at their gender. Last time I sexed a cat at this age I named her Chester.)

They are feasting on raw rabbit, quail and turkey with organic veggies. I would guess them at six weeks old but underdeveloped.

Have my George and Tiny come back to me?

They are sooooo cute!!! You’re such a good person to take care of such helpless little creatures!!

I bet the other nine cats in my house would NOT agree with you. :)

The bigger one is getting much more comfortable and beginning to purr more. And the little one’s eyes are clearing up. One of them spent some time cleaning his eyes of all the gunk. He looks pretty good.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!! They are the cutest little fur babies!!! I have three at home and of course, I would have 100 if my wonderful husband would agree to it. I’m so happy there are people out there like you who can give these babies such a good home and so much love! Please keep us updated. I just found your blog but I can’t wait to subscribe and be a faithful reader!

Best,
Cynthia

What’s funny is that two of my closest friends each have four cats and my favorite ex-neighbor had six. We are definitely cat people. I may have been a cat in a past life. Glad to have you join, Cynthia.

Thank you so much for letting us know about and see these precious little ones! Isn’t life beautiful when people like you care so much!
Right now our Francis is pulling at the sock on my foot. Do you think he wants me to hold him? He’s jealous of the computer! We named him Francis when we found him (so tiny and wild with a very sick feral mother). He looked so female even the vet (when she first saw him said ” Oh, it’s a little girl – all you have to do is look at her face!” She called us later to tell us we had a boy!) We chose the name because with a little adjustment of spelling it would fit either.
An absolute joy!
